Get fit and burn fat doing kettlebell workout routines

Kettlebell exercises are a really great way for better heart health together with constructing durability as well as providing you a nice well toned body that is muscular but not over done and certainly not loose and flabby. Also its simple to get started with these as they are extremely price appealing at around 25 for a 16kg.

Training with these Soviet super weapons also has huge fat burning benefits because you can burn more calories a minute doing a KB session than any other fitness class available today. A mammoth 20 calories per a minute is consumed doing the KB's which is virtually unheard off.

There is a real old world feel to this type of training, raw and tough, almost primitive making it a real fresh approach to the other available routines. Also in the 25 years that I've been into various forms of fitness I've never come across a workout session that feels so complete after only 30 minutes. As I've said its hard work but the benefits are for real; for years the Russians and eastern bloc countries new this and capitalized secretly at the expense of the rest of the western world.

One massive bonus with this type of training is that it's actually very moreish, probably because of the reduced training time needed to get results. Now I understand the people that are not the fittest amongst us are probably laughing at the prospect of exercise being the least bit moreish but seriously the majority of KB users get a real boost from going to a class and once hooked they rarely pass up the opportunity to do some swinging, if you pardon the pun. And it's good that people do feel that way because kettlebell workout routines are hard work.

So get lively and get swinging your bells to a whole new world and level of fitness. Seriously, you'll be fitter, stronger and leaner in no time but you have got to put some effort in. I can assure you there is no quick fix when it comes to fitness, physique or weight loss; you only get back what you put in.

In my humble opinion there is no other exercise or fitness routine that comes close and offers so many benefits in such a small amount of time. So if you are serious about getting fit or taking your fitness up a level and knocking your competition bandy you need to get a kettlebell and start swinging.
